With your experience, coaching and leading by example, you ensure that everyone enjoys working with a smile.
What you do
- With your specialist product knowledge, you give our customers the best advice. As a team leader, you set an example for your team in this.
- You are the point of contact for your colleagues on the shop floor, but you also step in to help with complex customer questions.
- Onboarding, managing, coaching and guiding your colleagues on the shop floor. As a team leader, you proactively give feedback and help colleagues improve at their work.
- Together with your team, you make the Coolblue store a little better every day and share your ideas with the Store Manager.
What you get
- For this vacancy, the salary is between € 2.946,- and € 3.146,- per month based on 40 hours. The salary is determined based on your experience and assessed by us during the procedure. Your salary increases every year. On top of that, you receive a monthly allowance of approximately € 150,- gross.

What you can do
- You have at least 3 years of work experience in a sales role in a store.
- You speak and write Dutch well so that you can help our customers as well as possible.
- During the application process, you show a Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag (Certificate of Conduct). We reimburse this. We also check all candidates against the FAD register.
