What do you do as a Store Manager at Coolblue?
As a Store Manager, you are ultimately responsible for our thriving store. A strong, stable team of approximately 25 - 30 people is ready to work with you. Together with your Assistant Store Manager, you focus on coaching and developing them. And, of course, on creating very happy customers and achieving strong commercial results. Together with the Regional Manager, you set the goals for your store and get to work on them with your team.
- Run the store and manage the team together with the Assistant Store Manager.
- Make your team a little better every day, together with the Assistant Store Manager, Shift Leads and your Regional Manager.
- Dive into your store’s metrics and proactively suggest improvements.
- Use your commercial insight and data to identify what could be improved.
This is you
- At least hbo-level working and thinking capacity.
- At least 2 years of work experience as a manager. For the Senior Store Manager vacancy, at least 5 years of solid management experience are required.
- Experience managing people in retail and in a store environment is a strong plus.
- You speak Dutch fluently.
- You have a strong affinity with consumer electronics.
- You proactively identify and implement improvements in store processes.
- You have a strong, motivating personality and inspire your team to become a little better every day.
- Preferably, you are available immediately.
