Warehouse Worker – DHL Aviation Day and Evening Shifts

What you will do

Your responsibilities

• Sorting and loading: Sort packages by destination and size, regularly lift approximately 25-30 kg, and load packages onto roll containers and pallets so each shipment can be processed on time.
• Scanning and checking: Scan barcodes, check data in the system and correct discrepancies so shipments enter the chain traceable and error-free.
• Physical logistics: Move roll containers and pallets using aids such as pallet trucks and roller tracks, alternating heavy and light work to distribute physical strain.
• Safety and order: Follow safety and ARBO guidelines, use the provided work clothing and keep your workplace tidy for a safe and efficient working environment.
• Teamwork in the shift: Work in a mixed, international team, help colleagues during busy periods and coordinate tasks so the evening and night shift runs smoothly.

What is offered

• Hourly wage between €15,30 and €19,89 including shift allowances for evening and night shifts.
• Full-time 2-shift work, 38-40 hours per week, weekdays only at fixed times.
• 8% holiday allowance, accrual of holiday hours and travel expense reimbursement for commuting.

What is required

• Availability for 2-shift work: 15:30-00:00 or 22:00-06:00.
• Residence in the Eindhoven region and good accessibility to the airport.

• Physical fitness and comfort with standing work and lifting.
• Teamwork skills and clear communication in Dutch or English.
• Willingness to apply for a VOG, or Certificate of Conduct, before starting employment.
