We pay a fixed hourly wage based on age. You are paid fairly for every minute you work. These are your gross all-in hourly wages, including holiday pay and holiday hours:
- 16 years: €7,81 per hour
- 17 years: €9,54 per hour
- 18 years: €10,36 per hour
- 19 years: €10,78 per hour
- 20 years: €13,38 per hour
- 21+ years: €16,19 per hour
