About the location

Do you enjoy working in a place where guests can truly relax and where you can make a direct difference to their day? At this holiday park in Eindhoven, you help holidaymakers, families and regular guests during lunch, dinner, buffet or drinks moments.

You work 32 to 38 hours per week, earn €17,95 gross per hour including holiday allowance and vacation days, and receive a 25% allowance on Sundays. Experience is not required: you receive guidance and learn the work on the job.

You work at a large holiday park in Eindhoven where guests stay for several days. The plaza has several hospitality venues, including a buffet restaurant, an à-la-carte restaurant, a pizzeria and a snack bar.

Your shifts vary: you may help guests in the restaurant, at the buffet or elsewhere in the plaza. This keeps the work varied and helps you learn different parts of hospitality.

The role

As a hospitality employee, you make sure guests are helped in a friendly and efficient way. You welcome guests, take orders, serve food and drinks, and keep tables and work areas tidy.

During busy moments, you work with your colleagues to keep service running smoothly. No experience is required. It is more important that you enjoy working with people, show initiative and are willing to learn.

What you will do

  • Welcome guests and help them in a hospitable, informal way.
  • Take orders and serve drinks and dishes.
  • Clear tables and make sure the venue looks tidy.
  • Help at the buffet, in the restaurant or elsewhere in the plaza.
  • Work during busy moments, for example around lunch, dinner or holiday peaks.
  • Help create an enjoyable experience for guests together with your colleagues.

Who are we looking for?

This role may suit someone who enjoys being around people and gets energy from a lively work environment.

Hospitality experience is not required. It is helpful if you are friendly, make contact easily and enjoy helping guests. You do not have to address anyone formally using the formal 'u' if that does not suit the moment; the atmosphere is approachable, sociable and personal.

You are available for seasonal work from now through October. If it works well for both sides, you can also continue working year-round.

What is offered?

  • Hourly pay of €17,95 including holiday allowance and vacation days.
  • Travel allowance of €0,23 per kilometre.
  • 25% allowance on Sundays.
  • Work for 32 to 38 hours per week, with room to discuss what suits you.
  • Shifts from 12:00 to 21:00, 14:00 to 22:00 or 16:00 to 23:30.
  • Training and guidance, including if you do not yet have hospitality experience.
  • Work at a busy holiday park in Eindhoven, surrounded by nature.
  • An informal working atmosphere with a friendly Brabant team.
  • The possibility of continuing in autumn or year-round after the season.

Interested?

This is a role for someone who likes working in a place where there is a lot going on. You will not have quiet shifts; you will be among holidaymakers, families and regular guests who want to enjoy their day.

If you like getting stuck in, meeting people and joining a team where you quickly fit in, this could be a good place for you.

Respond and briefly state when you are available. Then you can discuss whether this seasonal hospitality job suits you.
