What will you do as an Alcohol and Hospitality Enforcement Officer?

You monitor compliance with alcohol and hospitality law in the municipality of Loon op Zand. You may also be deployed in other municipalities. Wherever you work, the tasks are always different, so no day is the same. One day you monitor a football canteen as a paracommercial venue; another day you inspect supermarkets and liquor stores. You also regularly visit hospitality venues and events. You observe and have an informative role, know the alcohol and hospitality law thoroughly, and identify and sanction violations. After the service, you write a report. A penalty report may also be required. You always carry out this work together with the colleague accompanying you, either on foot or by car.

The shifts can be combined with your current work, including if you already work as a special investigating officer, enforcement officer or supervisor. Together with the planners and project managers, the company ensures that the shifts fit your schedule. Workdays and shifts are 2 x per month on Friday or Saturday from 16:00 to 23:00.
