Welcome to The Cloud Club, the self-service restaurant at Eindhoven Airport! Exclusively accessible to passengers, we offer a wide range of options. Although there is no espresso bar, we do provide banqueting. Enjoy vegetarian/vegan and sustainable dishes in our restaurant. Whether you are traveling for business or pleasure, you are welcome with us. Our location is near the gates in the terminal of Eindhoven Airport, so easily accessible. With about 10,000 guests per day, we create a bustling atmosphere. We are open from Monday to Sunday, from 04:00 to 22:30. Come by and complete your journey with a tasteful experience at The Cloud Club! Because this location is behind security at the Airport, a VGB screening is mandatory from the Royal Netherlands Marechaussee. To be eligible for this, you must be able to prove that you have lived in the Netherlands continuously for at least 8 years.

Your role
As a Hospitality Employee at The Cloud Club, Eindhoven, you are the first point of contact for our guests and ensure a warm welcome. You guide them during their entire stay, acting as a hospitable point of contact and source of information. As a Hospitality Employee, you know better than anyone how important it is that guests feel heard and seen.
Further selection of your tasks:
- You are responsible for maintaining the buffets;
- You ensure that the lounge always looks neat and representative;
- You proactively keep an eye on whether guests need help with anything.
Irregularity allowances
Because you will be scheduled for different shifts, think for example of weekend shifts, you will also receive certain allowances on top of your fixed salary. So earning more with the same number of hours you work. Below is an overview of our allowances:
- 30% between 00:00 and 07:00 (Mon-Sun)
- 15% Saturday (between 00:00 and 07:00, 30% extra allowance)
- 25% Sundays (between 00:00 and 07:00, 30% extra allowance)
