Your activities

Your goal is to let clients live at home as pleasantly and independently as possible. Behind every front door lies a unique story, which makes your work varied and personal. Depending on your education, academic year, and completed components, you will be deployed on appropriate care routes. For example, you can start with low-complex care and expand your activities as you gain more experience or certificates. Beforehand, we will look together at which actions you are already allowed and able to perform and where you can still grow. In the neighborhood, you will encounter all kinds of different situations, and we ensure that you are well and responsibly prepared for this.

During your route, you will, among other things, be busy with:

• Working independently in the neighborhood;
• Supporting basic care such as washing, dressing, and showering;
• Performing nursing technical actions (if authorized);
• Stimulating the self-reliance of the client;
• Identifying changes in the care demand;
• Collaborating with colleagues and other healthcare professionals.

• You have a heart for care and enjoy working with people;
• You show initiative and dare to ask questions;
• You are flexible and enjoy working in different situations;
• You have an eye for the client's well-being and adapt your care accordingly;
• You take responsibility and work independently.

This is what you bring

• You are following a healthcare education (MBO or HBO).
• You have obtained (part of) the basic care skills, such as ADL.
• You have completed the medication component or are working on it.
• Have you obtained your propedeuse? Then you can be deployed as a Helpende.
• You are available in the holiday period for a minimum of 7 and a maximum of 14 hours per week.
• You have a car.
