What you will do

As an HR Advisor, you are, together with the HR manager, the main point of contact for managers and colleagues within this technical wholesaler. You work from Eindhoven and occasionally travel to locations in Bemmel and Andelst. In this role, you handle a range of HR issues, both tactical and operational. You support the selection of new colleagues, actively contribute to the development of teams and employees, and are involved in employment-law matters and sickness absence cases. You are well informed about laws and regulations in the field of employment law and know how to apply them effortlessly in your daily work. You also work closely with the HR back office, recruitment, case management, and learning & development. No day is the same, and your expertise truly makes a difference within the HR team.

What we ask

• At least MBO-level work and thinking ability (preferably HBO-level, in HRM)
• At least 2 years' experience as an HR advisor
• Experience with absence and return-to-work management
• Familiarity with employment-law legislation and regulations
• Willingness to work in Eindhoven and Bemmel/Andelst

This is your workplace: You will be working at a large, innovative technical wholesaler with multiple locations in the Netherlands. The team consists of passionate HR professionals and supportive colleagues with whom you work together to create a pleasant workplace for everyone. You will work part-time (24 hours) in an open, informal atmosphere where there is room for your own initiative and personal development. Working hours can be discussed flexibly, and you will regularly work on-site in Eindhoven, with an occasional trip to Bemmel or Andelst.
