Assistant Store Manager - 40 hours

What you do

As Assistant Store Manager, you are jointly responsible for the new store with the Store Manager. Every day, you give your all to improve store processes and enthusiastically lead a store team. This way, you continuously drive growth in your store's NPS and commercial results.

What you can do

• At least HBO-level education and thinking ability.
• At least 2 years of work experience in a managerial position in retail.
• Experience with management tasks. From coaching and motivating colleagues to handling HR tasks, such as conducting job interviews, managing sickness absence, and holding performance appraisal and performance review meetings.
• You are full of ideas and enjoy developing optimizations and convincing various stakeholders of your plans so that you can actually implement them.
• Excellent command of the Dutch language (spoken and written).
• Flexible availability: working weekends, evenings, and public holidays is no problem for you.
• Strong affinity with consumer electronics.
